WINSLOW – Winslow Elementary School was awarded one of America’s Healthiest Schools for 2025 on behalf of the Alliance for a Healthier Generation. Winslow has made it a priority to offer healthy, nutritional options with fresh produce for fruits, vegetables and protein in their students’ diet.
“The students are more engaged and retain more knowledge when they have nutritional foods in their daily lives. When students retain more of what they learn in the classroom, the literacy and test levels reflect as a positive result,” said Principal Aaron Meyer.
