INDIANAPOLIS – Lucas Oil Products has been recognized with the 2025 Manufacturing Industry Top Workplaces Award by Energage, a research-based organization dedicated to highlighting people-first workplace cultures.
This national award celebrates manufacturing companies that go above and beyond to listen to employees, place them at the center of decision-making, and build cultures where people and performance thrive. The recognition is based solely on employee feedback collected through a comprehensive, research-backed engagement survey conducted by Energage.
“This award means so much to us because it is a direct reflection of our employee’s voices and experiences,” said Morgan Lucas, CEO of Lucas Oil Products. “Every innovation that rolls off our lines and every bottle that reaches a customer starts with the passion, skill, and heart of our team. Their feedback fuels our ongoing investments in training, safety, and career development, and this recognition tells us we’re on the right path of building a workplace where people can grow, lead, and win together.”
Lucas Oil was founded by Forrest and Charlotte Lucas. The company, with headquarters in Indianapolis and a manufacturing facility in Corydon, produces engine oils, additives, appearance and lubricant products.
“It truly is a gift to be recognized as a Top Workplace, because our goal since day one has been to ensure our hard-working team knows how much they are valued,” added Katie Lucas, President of Lucas Oil. “We are firm believers that when you treat your people with compassion and respect, they bring their best work to the table, and it is incredibly rewarding to see that exemplified by our team members.”
The Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards are part of a broader effort by Energage to recognize standout organizations across a variety of critical workplace culture categories. With a 17-year history of surveying millions of employees, the Top Workplaces program remains a trusted benchmark of organizational excellence.
“What makes Top Workplaces awards so impactful is that the winners are decided by the employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “In today’s landscape, employees feeling valued and heard is paramount to success. Top Workplaces make this possible for their team, and they reap the benefits.”
