Southern Indiana Business Report
BEDFORD – Registration is open now for the inaugural Southern Indiana Business Report State of the Region: Defense Sector.
Two panels will discuss the latest developments coming to the ecosystem at WestGate@Crane and how these new investments will impact south central Indiana and local communities. Panel moderators are Bryant Niehoff, CEO of Uplands Science and Technology Foundation; and Nancy Eckerle, executive director of the Jasper Chamber of Commerce.
This engaging event will take place from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Dec. 9 at the WestGate Academy.
The defense industry will invest millions of dollars over the next several years in south central Indiana. In the ecosystem around Crane and WestGate, some of that investment is already starting to materialize with projects led by Kratos, CACI and Amentum under construction.
This inaugural State of the Region will bring together leaders from the defense industry, economic development organizations and local government.
