E & H Tubing expands to Salem, bringing jobs, new investment to Washington County

SALEM – E & H Tubing Inc., headquartered in Brownstown, is expanding operations to Salem.

The Washington County Economic Growth Partnership announced the expansion plans Tuesday.

The company will be utilizing a building at Cornerstone Facilities, formerly known as Child Craft Industries and Smith Cabinet Furniture. This initiative brings significant investment to the region, offering new job opportunities and advancing local manufacturing capabilities.

E & H Tubing Inc. is a manufacturer of steel tubing and related products, serving customers from a variety of industries. 

E & H Tubing’s Brownstown operations are located in a 100,000-square-foot facility, and there is a 70,000-square-foot facility that houses the value-added operations and storage.

Metal tubing services are the core of the business, working on small, large and heavy components. The team provides more than a dozen metal tubing services.

According to the company website, industries and markets served include agriculture, gates, metal buildings, carports, greenhouses, trailers, satellite posts, boat docks, material handling and lawn and garden.

Renowned for its quality, reliability and innovation, the company has established a reputation rooted in customer-focused solutions and supply chain expertise.

The company utilizes advanced production technologies, including scarf removal, four tube mills, and cut length capacities up to 42 feet. Secondary operations encompass swaging, haven cutting, notching and deburring.

The project is expected to generate new employment opportunities while strengthening Salem’s push for advanced manufacturing.
