Gov. Braun to deliver keynote at Bedford Chamber’s 109th annual dinner Aug. 14

Southern Indiana Business Report

Indiana Gov. Mike Braun will serve as the keynote speaker at the Bedford Chamber’s 109th annual dinner Aug. 14 at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds Expo Hall.

Braun grew up in southern Indiana and began his public service at the local level, serving on the local school board before serving as a state legislator, U.S. Senator, and now governor. His background in small-town life, education advocacy and private enterprise gives him insight into the opportunities and challenges facing Hoosier communities.

“We look forward to hearing from Governor Braun as he addresses the people and businesses who form the backbone of local economies right here in Bedford, Indiana,” reads a press release from the Bedford Chamber.

The evening will include a social hour beginning at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner, Braun’s address and the annual Chamber awards. There will also be a cash bar, 50/50 drawing and raffle baskets.

Sponsorships are also available.

  •  $1,000 Platinum sponsorships (2 tables of 8 and recognition)
  •  $600 Gold sponsorships (1 table of 8 and recognition)

Individual tickets are $30 per person for Chamber members and $40 per person for non-members.

“Each year, the Annual Dinner brings together members, partners, and supporters to celebrate the mission and momentum of the Bedford Chamber. It is a time to reflect on our shared efforts to connect businesses, engage with community leaders, and celebrate the success of our local professionals. We look forward to an inspiring evening that honors those who make Bedford and Lawrence County a great place to live and work,” reads the release.
