ENGLISH – The Community Foundation of Crawford County, in partnership with Purdue University’s Cooperative Extension Service and the Crawford County Economic Development Corporation are offering a series of free grant writing workshops.
These sessions aim to equip residents and local organizations with the skills and knowledge needed to secure funding. This opportunity will be free for residents and is being funded by the Digital Towns grant from Regional Opportunity Initiatives, supporting ongoing community development efforts in Crawford County.
Participants will gain valuable insights into the grant proposal process, exploring key steps for submitting a successful application. Attendees will also be introduced to resources for locating funding opportunities, including limited access to the Foundation Directory Online by Candid, an essential tool for non-profit and community funding.
Dates and details:
• Nov. 25: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm ET, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm ET
• Dec. 2: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm ET
All workshops will be held at the Community Foundation of Crawford County, 4030 E. Goodman Ridge Road, Marengo. Lunch or dinner will be provided at each session. If participants are unable to attend the workshops in person, they have the opportunity to attend virtually.
