PAOLI – Orange County’s newest entertainment venue announced its first concert of the 2024 season today.
Resurrection – A Journey Tribute will perform at Castle Knoll Amphitheater June 1. Special guest Lindsey James Williams will join the band.
A ticket presale will begin Wednesday, March 20, from 9 am to 11:59 pm ET. To receive the password, sign up for the newsletter at CKAMP.com. Tickets go on sale to the general public (no password required) on Thursday, March 21, at 9 am ET.
“For our first show of this exciting inaugural season, we want to present something special for the local and regional community, something fun and entertaining for a wide range of demographics, and an affordable ticket to allow as many folks as possible to attend,” said Heath Eric, of the Eric Group, promoter of the venue in a press release. “Resurrection – A Journey Tribute checks all of those boxes and more. In my opinion, there’s no better way to officially kick the season off than with 1,000+ people under the stars on the historic hillside of Castle Knoll Farms singing along to classic hits like “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Separate Ways,” “Faithfully,” “Any Way You Want It,” and so many more. This band is the premier Journey tribute band on the planet. They nail it to the wall – every note. Bryan Cole could be the lead singer of Journey. They’re just that good.”
Concert-goers can choose from two ticket tiers: There are two tiers of tickets available: VIP GA and standard GA. VIP GA includes access to the area closest to the stage and the pit area in front of the stage. Standard GA is hillside/lawn seating. ADA seating is also available. Guests can bring small folding chairs and/or blankets into the venue. Seats are not provided. Tickets start at $14.50 per person (plus standard processing & fees). The press release described Resurrection – A Journey Tribute as the gold standard by which all Journey tributes are measured. The dynamic band has featured some of Nashville’s hottest musicians, many of whom have performed, written, or recorded with the biggest names in the music industry – including Journey and Steve Perry. The band will transport audiences to the glorious age of arena rock when Journey reigned atop the Billboard charts and sold-out arenas across the country. Resurrection – A Journey Tribute has performed on Royal Caribbean international cruises at Fraze Pavilion, AT&T Park in San Francisco, US Cellular Field in Chicago, and the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel.
