Gov. Holcomb to speak at Jasper Chamber luncheon Oct. 26

JASPER – Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb will be the keynote speaker at the Jasper Chamber of Commerce annual meeting Oct. 26.

The 70th annual meeting will be a luncheon held at the Calumet Lake Pavilion at 2210 N. Mill St., in Jasper. The luncheon will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Chamber Board President Ruger Kerstiens, who is going off the board, will recognize Chamber board members and officers and present the President’s Community Excellence Award. This award is given annually to an individual in the community who has given of himself/herself in a variety of ways in order to “make a difference.” The award is always a surprise to the recipient and it is a great honor to recognize the work of an individual who has contributed to the success of the Jasper community.

2023 Chamber Board of Directors

At this time the off-going 2023 Board of Directors includes Vice-President Deidra Church, Secretary Jason Recker, Treasurer Mark Fierst and Tom Moorman, Michelle Cave, Natalie Tempel, Lisa Bower, Tony Farmer, Mary Champion, Jason Hagen, Matt Vogler, Ed Cole, Jessica DeLorenzo, Toni Matthewson, and Justin Rumbach.

The Jasper Chamber is staffed by Nancy Eckerle, executive director, and Caroline Gobert, office manager. New board members for 2024 will be announced during the luncheon.

Tickets for the Chamber meeting are $45 each or tables of eight for $350.
