Sultan’s Run purchases The Mill House Restaurant in Jasper

Southern Indiana Business Report

JASPER – Sultan’s Run Golf Club has purchased The Mill House Restaurant in Jasper.

As reported by WEHT in Evansville, Sultan’s Run Golf Club acquired the building and business and plans to use The Mill House building for its catering services.

Sultan’s Run co-owner and general manager Chris Tretter told WEHT the purchase helps the golf club in its expansion.

Renovations will be made to the club’s banquet center, kitchen and pro shop and those areas will not be open to staff and customers during the renovation.

Kim Aull, owner of The Mill House, said after 17 years of ownership, it was time to move on to other interests and be able to spend more time with family.

Sultan’s Run Golf Club opened in 1992. It has been named one of the best courses to play in Indiana by Golfweek Magazine four times, including earning the top spot among Indiana courses in 2015.

Earlier this summer, it hosted the 2023 LPGA Championship.

Sultan’s Run offers private catering services and the clubhouse and banquet center can host events such as weddings, holiday parties and corporate events.
