Participants will:

  • Increase knowledge of the principles and practices of community coaching.
  • Reflect on and increase self-awareness of roles in different groups.
  • Identify community coaching styles and personal philosophy.
  • Deepen the capacity to coach community groups in a variety of situations.
  • Build a network of colleagues to support continued learning and practice.

Registration can be found online and must be completed by Aug.18. The cost for the course is $450. Participants must have prior experience working with community groups/teams and guiding these groups through the process of achieving their goals.
